How to make a booking
Once you have looked at our website and decided our style and approach to wedding photography will meet your needs and is within your budget, the next step is to check your date is available either by email or calling us on 01869 354193. It is not essential to visit us at this stage but we feel it helps you make a decision based not only on the prints and albums we show you but also on our personalities – you need to be sure that we are the people you want to spend time with on your wedding day. We always like to meet our clients at least twice if possible before the wedding.
We are located very close to the Bicester Outlet Shopping Village and just a few minutes drive from junction 9 of the M40, so convenient for a little retail therapy combined with a visit to meet us and view our work. Appointments are offered seven days a week so as to fit in with hectic lifestyles amidst the wedding planning.

Once we have received your booking form and retainer payment of £350.00 we will fully confirm your date. We will send you a copy of the form so that we both agree on what your requirements are.
Six weeks before your wedding date the balance is payable and we will send you an invoice to confirm your final package and any extras. At this point we will confirm with you any formal group shots you may require and finalise the details of our attendance on your wedding day.
We always do a venue visit and this gives you the opportunity to meet with us a second time and discuss your photography requirements on location with us. At this meeting we can also offer to take photographs so that you can allay any fears of being in front of our cameras.
